1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Wakeforce mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately delete the App and cease all use of our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Wakeforce is NOT a medical device.

  • The sleep tracking and snoring detection features are provided for informational and motivational purposes only.
  • The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including but not limited to Sleep Apnea.
  • Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read or processed via this App.

3. App Functionality and Hardware

Wakeforce relies on your device's hardware (microphone, sensors, battery). We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in snore detection or sleep analysis. Factors such as room noise, device placement, and battery life can affect performance. Continuous monitoring may significantly decrease battery life; we recommend charging your device during sleep tracking.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Wakeforce may offer "Pro" features through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases via the Apple App Store.

  • Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wakeforce App shall not be liable for any missed appointments, loss of employment, or health issues resulting from the App failing to wake you up or providing inaccurate sleep data. You use this App at your own risk.

6. Apple Media Services Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Wakeforce App only, and not with Apple. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
